A twelve (12) unit, infill project at the Southeast corner of 8th Ave and Roosevelt St.
The urban, infill project would provide quality, vibrant housing in a limited space area.
The MEWS space functioned as common area and the project utilized varying heights, textures and materials including those used for paving rather than the standard asphalt or concrete.
The site consisted of three vacant parcels that were combined into one parcel to allow for the 12 units.
Lazarus & Silvyn was successful in securing required variances to allow for the development.
