We hired Larry Lazarus to provide legal land use services for the Arizona Biltmore Golf Courses, which at the time was owned by Kabuto Arizona Properties, LLC. The proposed project for the subject property was extremely complex, and involved numerous adjacent parcels owned by various highly influential parties.
Larry devised a very creative strategy that entailed numerous litigations, filing for a referendum, mounting a political lobbying campaign, and lengthy negotiations. Larry more than exceeded our expectations for the project, which allowed us to achieve the highest sales price per square foot for residential land at the time.
