While representing Madison Granite, one of the largest granite mining operations in the state of Arizona Lazarus, Silvyn and Bangs worked on several matters.
The Firm processed a site plan approval and use permits for facilities on the site including a scaling operation and internal circulation plan. One of the most important work products was developing easements and land trades creating an accessway over public and city owned property for major truck travel through the community.
The Firm negotiated the access configuration and drafted easements and cross access easements and recorded the documentation for the client in partnership with the City of Phoenix.
