Ms. Green has lived and worked in the Phoenix metropolitan area since 2000, earning a high regard for her expertise in urban planning, land development and public policy issues. Her professional experience includes: managing multidisciplinary teams for large, complex entitlement cases for annexation, and incorporation efforts; preparing General Plans and Conceptual Plans and amendments; making presentations to Councils, Planning Commissions, Planning Committees and community groups; representing public agencies on committees and staffing committees; negotiating development agreements; preparing applications and detailed presentations for development entitlements and zoning; researching and analyzing municipal and county zoning ordinances, codes and development standards; managing the approval process for zoning, general plan amendments, variances and use permits; performing due diligence research and site analysis; sub-division layouts; and leading community outreach through organized message campaigns, community meetings, and grassroots activities.
