Dinerstein is constructing Aspire Tucson, a 10-story mixed-use student housing and retail development in the Main Gate Overlay District near the University of Arizona.
Lazarus, Silvyn & Bangs successfully guided Dinerstein through the Main Gate Overlay’s design approval process in 2016. Dinerstein and Lazarus, Silvyn & Bangs are currently working on another complimentary mixed-use project adjacent to Aspire.
Aspire’s thoughtful design will enhance the Main Gate area. We look forward to Aspire’s opening in the fall of 2019 and continuing to work on the second exciting project.
