In 2015, the team, led by Lazarus, Silvyn & Bangs, took the first step in the entitlement process to bring the owner’s vision to reality.
The University Area Plan was amended to provide relief from older policies and to permit a rezoning for the higher densities and heights. In 2018, the Firm assisted the owner and project team to achieve a successful and unanimous rezoning to Planned Area Development that will help bring this great project to fruition.
