Homegoods Distribution Center chose Tucson to relocate its California regional distribution center in 2014/2015.
In order to facilitate the relocation, Lazarus, Silvyn & Bangs assisted Homegoods with a modification of an old rezoning condition to permit a portion of the building the height it needed for internal equipment.
In addition, the Firm assisted in negotiating and finalizing the required economic development agreements with the City of Tucson and Pima County.
Homegoods opened in the fall of 2016, bringing much-needed jobs and economic development to the region. The Firm continues to assist with the administration of the economic agreements.
